We hope you are getting ready for an exciting Holiday Season. We know this time of year is busy for most families and the studio is no exception. We have exciting events coming up soon, so be sure to mark your calendars!

Friendly reminder: September tuition must be paid in full, late fees assessed the 10th of each month. Youth Program costume fees will post to your account on Oct. 1st, with the final payment DUE Dec. 15th. We are starting to take measurements to order costumes for our classes, and pictures of costumes will be displayed after we order. OVATIONS and COMPANY costumes must be paid in full by October 1st. DANCE COMPANY rehearsals start October 8th.
Fundraising for OVATIONS will begin October 1st. Our annual Ovations Dance Showcase will be help Jan. 18th. We will be selling tickets and ads for the program of the event and encourage sponsors to help defray the cost of conventions and competitions. Entry fees, conventions and master classes add up, however through our fundraising last year we were able to to award each of the 35 members of the competition team $100 toward their fees. We hope to help more this year and would love your help! Please email the studio for more information.

The Charlotte County CHRISTMAS PARADE is coming! It is scheduled to be held Saturday, December 14th. ALL students are welcome and encouraged to join in the fun! 3-5 year olds will ride our decorated float, students ages 6 and up will be dancing down the parade route. The parade is an FDW favorite and we are pleased to have won in the “Best Performing Unit” category for 25 years! The parade begins at CHS and will end at the event center, where we serve refreshments for our dancers! A sign up poster and more info coming soon!
We would like to thank everyone for their patience with our schedule and class changes. Please trust that we have every child’s best interest at heart and know where they will gain and retain the most from their dance education. Proper dance attire is required for all classes! Please remember to keep the studio neat and clean, dispose of garbage etc. Thank you! Also, Flu season is here and strong virus’s, wash hands often and use hand sanitizer! Be sure to check lost and found regularly and label dance shoes!!

- SPIRIT WEEK (wear your old dance costumes to dance classes) is Sept 23-26th. If you do not have an old costume, any character costume will work as well!
- COSTUME WEEK (wear your Halloween costume) is Oct. 28-30th. There is NO dance on Halloween (Thursday October 31st)
- Showtime Costumes POST to accounts October 1st (Due Dec 15)
- Ovations & Dance Company Costume money DUE Oct 15th
- Oct 26th Join us at Dean’s South of the Border at 3PM
- PAJAMA WEEK (Wear your PJs to Dance) Nov 18-21
