2023 Punta Gorda Christmas Parade Sign Up It's that time of year again... time to sign up for the Punta Gorda Christmas Parade!!! This year's theme is "We Fish You A Merry Christmas" and we will need your help! Descriptions for the costumes for each age group are below and we are also looking for parents to volunteer to help make props. We will have a committee ZOOM meeting NOV 20TH at 4:00PM to discuss details. If you're willing to help, please sign up below. We need all ALL dancers (including company and ovations members) to sign up. Multiple spots for Dancers names are provided for families with more than one dancer. Punta Gorda Christmas Parade: Saturday, December 10th Starting at Charlotte High in Punta Gorda, ending at the Event Center. Parade STARTS at 12PM. Dancers will be done by approximately 1PM. When arriving, please use the shuttle from the event center as parking isn't available at CHS) Teachers: Arrive at 9:50AM Florida Dance Company: arrive at 10:30AM Dancers 8+: arrive at 11AM Volunteers: Arrive by 11AM Float riders: arrive at 11:30AM Dancer #1 Name Dancer Role Float Rider: Kinder & Beginner (Costume and props will be provided) Walker/ Dancer: Intermediate level & up (red costume & accessories provided, provide own white sneaker) Florida Dance Company Member ("Glittering Goldfish" new gold company costume.)
